Setup Pad

The mechanical end of the car is complete and we've put it on the set-up pad to get it ready to go testing. The car came in at 703 pounds less the bodywork and front wing, so a conservative dry weight should be right around 765 pounds. Add a gallon of water, 6 quarts of oil and a gallon of fuel and the "wet" weight is close to 791 pounds. That leaves 209 pounds for the driver and gear to be at the minimum weight of 1000 pounds.
