We've started the construction of the molds which will make up the rear diffuser and the side floors. We start with blocks of foam stacked and glued to a 3/4" MDF board and then start to shape with basic woodworking tools (it shapes very easily with a 40 Grit sandpaper). This isn't the final shaping, but should give an idea of where we're headed.
