The prototype floor and rear diffuser is done and it came out pretty nice. The images show the piece under the vacuum and in final form prior to a coat of satin black paint. We used 7725 fiberglass as the reinforcement, 1/4" foam as the core material and West Systems epoxy. We didn't dye the resin so you see it in its natural form. In the image, it has not been trimmed to the final shape and the production units will be three pieces...the rear diffuser, left and right sides.
