The Phoenix F1000 Project Begins

After much discussion and contemplation Phoenix Race Cars, Inc. embarks on designing and building a new car for the newly created F1000 class for Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) competition. After building and racing the Maloy Sports Racer for the past two years, a return to open-wheeled racing was welcome. The images show the very first concepts we came up with in late summer 2006.....a long way to go.
